Shipping and Delivery

Super Gift ship items within Malaysia & Singapore only. Every purchase made on this website is purely in reference to Malaysia only, thus currency used in every transaction is in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), and shipping fee is calculate based on address in Malaysia only. Any other purchase outside of Malaysia and to be shipped out of Malaysia is not allowed. We will ship your order using various courier companies to ensure your parcels arrive on time. Super Gift reserves the right to pick the shipment method according to the delivery location and weight of the goods.

Our shipping charges as follow:

Free Shipping is applicable for order above RM70.

All orders will be shipped on the same or the next working day upon payment received. Item will be dispatch within the same day if order  is placed before 5PM.

Delivery time:

Peninsular Malaysia: 2-3 working days   East Malaysia: 2-5 working days    Singapore : 7-14 working days

Delivery time depends on the area of delivery. We offer shipping services to all states in Malaysia and Singapore ONLY.

We will always try our best to process  and ship out the parcel within the same day or next business working day.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when you place your order.

Tracking number will be sent to your email when the item is shipped. You can track your delivery status via the URL provided in the email.

We shall notify you if we expected to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any loses, liabilities, costs, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the Order of delivery to an alternative delivery address.

We reserve the right to change the date of shipping in case of any emergency or public holiday.

Note:

Please note that public holidays are not included in our delivery time.  We would appreciate if there is 1-2 days extra business days in delivery time in case of any unexpected delays.
