Return and Refund Policy

As we are committed to ensuring that you receive your items in the best condition, all products are checked before dispatch. However, the product may be damaged in the process of delivery.

If under any circumstances the items are damaged during delivery, we offer replacements or refunds. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your purchase if any of your items are defective or damaged.

The return policy will only be effective for a period of 3 calendar days from the time you receive your items from the courier company. If you have exceeded this period and still desire a refund, kindly contact our customer service for further assistance.

To request a refund, please contact us at “info@supergift.com.my”. We will provide you with the documents needed to process your claim after it has been evaluated by our company.

Undergarments are not eligible for returns due to hygiene concerns.

The buyer is required to return the faulty or damaged items by POS. Items must be returned with all of their original contents(free gifts, accessories, original packaging, etc.), in new condition, and with tags & labels attached.

The refund process begins after we have evaluated your returned product. This quality evaluation may take up to 2 business days. We will send you an email notification once it is complete. If the goods are found to be faulty or damaged, Super Gift will reimburse any shipping charges, and a full refund will be credited to your bank account.

Returns and refunds are offered ONLY for defective and damaged items. Super Gift does not cover accidental damage or wear caused by the buyer.

Items are not eligible for a refund if:

1.  They are received in good condition

2.  They did not meet the customer’s personal preference

3.  They have been used

4. The customer has changed his mind about purchasing the product

Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed UNLESS the customer has been notified that the items cannot be delivered to the requested location.
