1. What are the payment methods available?

Upon check out your cart, you will redirect to Ipay88, a Malaysian Internet Online Banking. Rest assured that all our payment methods are secure. Please refer to Payment method page for more information.

2. Where is my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping date, shipping method, and tracking number(s) for your package(s). For more information, you can reach us through through email at info@supergift.com.my or whatsapp us at 011 – 1330 – 8864.

3. My order arrived damaged, incomplete, is faulty etc, please help!

Please refer to Return and refund page for return and refund purposes.

4. When will I get my order? Your order will be shipped with Pos Laju.

Estimated delivery time:

West Malaysia within 1-2 days,

East Malaysia within 2-5 days,

Singapore within 7-14 days.

5. I’ve entered a wrong shipping address! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible, as we will try our best to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed quite fast. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we are not able to make any amendments to the order.

6. I would like to send as a gift, Can I request gift wrapping or gift card service?

Yes, just leave us a note when you check out if you need extra services. No worries, it’s FREE!

7. Do you ship to my country?

Currently we only ship our items to Malaysia and Singapore only.

However sometimes we are able to make exemptions, please email us at info@supergift.com.my.
